Can you clean high or hard to reach windows?
Our team has the equipment and skill to get to glass all sizes and heights. We used specialized equipment to safely and effectively clean high and hard to reach windows, ensuring every corner of your property looks sparkling!
What if it’s raining on the day I was scheduled?
Light showers don’t always impede our work, so if it’s mutually agreeable, we proceed with the job. If you prefer to reschedule, we will happily rearrange the time.
Are your prices competitive?
We are revolutionising the cleaning world with our simple and fair price policy. To deliver you maximum value we do not charge for: quotes, travel time, call out fees, consumables, or hours of work. You only pay for results.
What insurance do you have?
For your peace of mind, our Public Liability is $20 million, and all our employees are fully covered by Workcover.
Can I trust your cleaner on my premises?
We have absolute confidence in our cleaner’s honesty and integrity and many of our workers have been with us for several years. All have Police Certificates for clearance to be part of our team… AND by the way we have a no shoe rule inside residential properties because that’s what you do, right.
What is your safety record?
We have an impeccable safety record and go to great lengths to protect this reputation, our workers, and clients. We have a comprehensive fully documented safety policy relevant to all fifteen independent areas applicable to our industry. All our workers are trained with regular meetings to comply with the WH&S laws.
Every job is analysed for risk and the risk control measures are appropriately documented.
How often should I get my windows cleaned?
This depends on things like your location, the weather and your preferences. Some clients love a spruce up just before an occasion others have an annual clean. Others prefer a 3 or 6 monthly maintenance service.
Do I need to move anything?
Our cleaners will safely and carefully move things out of our way – you don’t need to move any furniture, remove an blinds or curtains, or clean up after us when we are gone. You just sit back with your favourite book, a cup of coffee and relax while we do the work and make your glass look like brand new.
I have security screens on some windows that cannot be removed. Can you clean these?
We have a method of cleaning that removes almost all the dirt build up on fixed screens and the windows behind them. We gently remove the window from inside the house and clean both sides for a sparkling result!
