House Wash Tidy Up @ Grange

So you’ve been putting up with the ‘humming’ of tools in the neighbourhood from 7am for the past few months?

The construction work has finally drawn to a close, but as a parting gift, you notice a layer of dust has now encased your property! That scenario sadly is all too familiar for many of us.

First of all, can we say we truly empathise! Secondly, we can help!

We can’t give you back your sleep-ins but we can give you back a shiny new home freshly house washed. This was the case when we fronted up to this home at the Grange.

With construction work going on in the area, it was hard to tell the paint colour underneath the layers of dust. An additional challenge was the fragile paintwork in some spots, that with high pressure cleaning would simply peel off.

This is why we take a tailored approach to each home. In this case, we were able to use soft long-brushes to gently clean the fragile paint work. We call them ‘long-brushes’ because it literally allows us to employ soft cleaning house wash and window cleaning techniques up to 5 stories high!

Combined with environmentally friendly detergent, we were able to remove all traces of the residual dust from the construction work. Now the owners can enjoy their beautiful home with some peace and quiet too!
